WHO WE ARE
For over 10 years, Youth LULAC Council #1021 has been serving the North Texas community. We help at drives, charity events, food pantries, races, anywhere volunteers are needed we will be there. Through our service we aim
to instill character, leadership, and passion into all of our members. We hope to continue the work of adult and college councils to advance the social and economic status of Hispanics and Latinos in the United States.
With over 200 members, Council #1021 is the largest organization on the Irma Rangel campus, and the largest youth council in the United States. The Council hosts on-campus events during Hispanic Heritage Month, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Scholarship Fundraisers.
In 2024, Council #1021 received awards for North Texas Council of the Year, Sponsor of the Year, Scrapbook of the Year, Young Woman of the Year, and Largest Council. Congratulations to all the members whose hard work earned the council this amazing milestone.
