Pink Out
Pink Out sales will be taking place September 7th through the 17th. The purpose of selling merchandise is to collect money to donate to the Dallas Bridge Breast Cancer organization. During the month of October, Rangel students support those with Breast Cancer or those who had it by wearing the shirts every spirit day of the year and every Wednesday of October along with their school skirt. This highlights how much we value our core belief of being "our sister's keeper." Please consider supporting the cause by purchasing the merchandise on sale soon.

Hispanic Heritage Month
Hispanic Heritage Month starts September 15 and ends October 15. Hispanic Heritage Month celebrates all cultures from the twenty-one Hispanic countries.

Latinx Literature
If you are on the lookout for some binge-worthy reading material check out this list of Latinx Literature compiled by our very own Rangel Alumni, Cassandra Hernandez. It is important that we celebrate the vibrancy and complexity of the Latino culture. We can do that through music, entertainment, history, and yes, reading! So, next time you find yourself without anything to do, pick up a copy of one of these books, guaranteed you won't regret it.
